To Whom it May Concern: If it weren’t for Robin Bezanson, we would never have sold our house in Morgan Hill. The house had severe problems, including a major property line dispute. However, Robin got it done for us by being honest.
She worked hard to disclose every issue to prospective buyers and to show the house in the best possible way. We sold our house within 10 days, with three offers over the asking price!
Having accomplished that, most realtors would have thought their job was done. However, Robin’s help continued. On moving day, when we were running late and hopelessly exhausted, Robin showed up with her van and moved the belongings that we alone could not. Unbelievable.
She also helped us buy our current house… and God willing… she’ll continue to be our realtor if we ever move again. I heartily recommend her.

I met Robin Bezanson in 2004 when my husband and I were in the market for a new home. We made it clear we’d purchase a home only if we found exactly what we were looking for, otherwise we’d be satisfied to remain in our current home. Robin understood completely and never tired in her efforts to show us homes she thought we’d like.
We’ve been enjoying our new home, and Robin has become our friend in addition to being our realtor. Throughout the entire house-hunting/purchase process, Robin was a true professional in every sense of the word. She carefully and precisely explained everything we needed to know. What could have been a long, tedious event instead became a pleasant and enjoyable time.
Robin also served as our realtor to sell our other home, and she did so in record time. We were in escrow within a 21-day time limit imposed by the seller of the home we wished to purchase. I am certain we couldn’t have done that without Robin at the helm!
